Hawk Capital Private Limited (HCPL) was incorporated on April 26, 1995 with the name “Hawk Fincap & Lease Private Limited” . The name of the company was changed to “Hawk Capital Private Limited” w.e.f. April 12, 2012.

The Company got the Certificate of Registration (CoR) under section 45-IA of Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 to commence/carry on the business as a Non- banking Financial Institutions without accepting public deposits.

HCPL engaged in the business of lending the money to SME units, Bodies Corporate, individuals, and other category of borrowers eligible for finance within the framework of broad guidelines of Reserve Bank of India and policy/terms approved by the board

HCPL act as financial consultants, management consultants, and provide advice, services, consultancy in various fields, financial, legal, commercial etc.

HCPL continues to play a pioneering role in introducing and popularizing a variety of financing instruments suiting ever changing requirements of its fast growth clients. We are continuously expanding our presence to ensure the best quality of service to our clients at all times.
